Orders placed on a working day are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days from our partner warehouse in the Netherlands. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days within the EU and 5 to 10 working days to selected destinations outside the EU. Working days are Monday to Friday, public holidays excluded. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; you receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.

Yes, 100%. Every order is packed in a plain box without any logo, brand name or sender reference, and shipped with a regular carrier (usually UPS, or DPD in Belgium and Germany). The courier and anyone who sees the parcel cannot tell what is inside or where it came from, and your bank statement shows a neutral company name, never the shop name and never a product name.

You receive an order confirmation right after paying and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse. The first scan can take a few hours to appear, and over a weekend or public holiday tracking may not move at all. You can also check the status any time on the Track your order page with your order reference and the e-mail address used at checkout. No update for more than three working days? Carrier statuses sometimes update shortly before the courier actually hands over the parcel, or the parcel was left with a neighbour or at a pick-up point. Check those first. If it is still missing after one working day, contact the carrier with the tracking number and mail info@gaysteel.eu with your order reference; we start a trace and make sure you get your order.

Yes. You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, longer than the legal 14 days. Products must be unused and returned in the original packaging; for hygiene reasons, products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Mail us first, wait for the return instructions and send the return within 14 days. We refund within 14 days via your original payment method. See the shipping and returns page for the full policy.

For a change-of-mind return you pay the return postage yourself and choose the carrier; keep proof of posting. When the item we delivered is wrong, damaged or faulty, we cover the reasonable return costs after we have checked the case with you. Direct exchanges are not offered: return the item for a refund and order the size or model you want.

Mail info@gaysteel.eu straight away with your order reference, a short description and a photo where useful. Depending on the case we replace, repair or refund, in line with EU consumer law, and we cover the return costs when the mistake is ours. Every product carries the three-year legal guarantee under Spanish law for faults and non-conformity; a manufacturer warranty, where offered, comes on top of that.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and the local methods of your country such as iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna, EPS and BLIK, plus bank transfer. Which methods you see depends on your country and device. All payments run through Stripe and are 3-D Secure verified where your bank requires it. Your statement never mentions the shop name.

Measure, do not guess. For a ring worn behind the balls (cock and balls together), measure the circumference at the base with a tape or a piece of string when you are soft, divide by 3.14 and pick the inner diameter closest to that; between two sizes, take the larger one. Common sizes are 45, 50 and 55 mm. For a ring around the shaft only, measure the shaft circumference the same way. Two measurements matter: the ring size and the cage length. Measure the circumference at the base of the shaft, behind the balls, while soft, and divide by 3.14 for the base ring diameter. For the cage, measure your flaccid length and choose a cage that is the same or slightly shorter; a cage that is too long defeats the purpose. Start with a lighter or silicone cage and a few hours at a time before moving to steel and longer wear. No. You can check out as a guest with only your e-mail address for the confirmation and tracking. An account is free and optional: it stores your addresses for a faster checkout and shows your order history. You can look up any order without an account on the Track your order page.

Mail info@gaysteel.eu as soon as possible with your order reference. As long as the order has not been dispatched we change the address or cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has left the warehouse it cannot be stopped; you can then return it under the 30-day return policy.

Build up slowly. Start with one or two hours at a time and extend over weeks, only adding weight, height or wear time when the current step is comfortable for a full day. Take the device off immediately at pain that does not fade, numbness, cold, blue or purple discolouration, swelling or damaged skin, and never sleep with a ball stretcher or a cage you cannot remove yourself.
