Portugal, Sweden, Poland, Ireland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Slovenia: Monday 7 December.
Finland, Croatia, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania: Friday 4 December.
Norway and Switzerland, where the parcel also clears customs: Monday 30 November.
