Cock ring and chastity size calculator
A cock ring, ball stretcher or chastity cage only works when it fits. Too loose and it slips off, too tight and it gets uncomfortable within minutes. Measure once with a strip of paper or a soft tape measure, fill in the numbers below and you know which inner diameter to order.
How to measure
- Base: when soft, wrap a strip of paper around the base of your shaft and behind your balls, where the ring will sit. Mark where it overlaps and measure that length. This is the circumference for cock rings and the base ring of a chastity cage.
- Ball stretcher: gently pull your balls down and measure around the neck of your sac, just above the balls.
- Length: for a chastity cage, measure the soft length from the base to the tip.
Steel or silicone
Steel does not stretch, so the size has to be right: start with the comfortable size and go smaller once you know how it feels. Silicone and adjustable rings forgive a few millimetres either way and are the easiest first step.
Wear it safely
Start with 20 to 30 minutes. Take the ring off at once if your skin turns cold or numb or if it starts to hurt, and never sleep in a ring that does not open. Use plenty of lube when putting on a closed ring.
