Penis Sleeves & Extenders

Prices start around 10 euros for a simple ribbed sleeve; most models cost between 15 and 45 euros, and vibrating extensions with a remote go up to about 95 euros. Sleeve or extender

A sleeve is open at the tip and mainly adds girth and texture, so your skin still touches your partner: the PerfectFitBrand Breeder keeps the tip open while thickening the shaft, and the Crushious Ribbed Penis Sleeve covers the shaft in waves for friction on both sides. An extender has a closed, solid tip that adds length: the Sono No.32 adds 2.5 cm of length and 0.4 cm of girth, the Sono No.36 the same length with a full centimetre more diameter, and the XR Brands Penis Extension Sleeve adds 7.5 cm of solid length and about 2.5 cm of girth. How to measure

Measure your erect length along the top from the base to the tip, and your girth around the thickest part with a soft tape; girth divided by 3.14 is your diameter. A sleeve should be equal to or slightly narrower than your own diameter on the inside so it grips without pinching; TPE and SilaSkin stretch well, firm latex less. Extensions list how much they add, so you know exactly what your partner gets on top of your own length. Start modest: one extra centimetre of diameter already feels like a lot to the man receiving it.

Materials

TPE, used by RealRock, Sono and Crushious, is soft, stretchy and affordable but slightly porous, so wash it well and use only water-based lube. SilaSkin from PerfectFitBrand is latex free, velvety and springs back into shape. The latex and rubber sleeves from XR Brands are firmer and hold their shape; skip them if you react to latex. Silicone sleeves, often with a built in vibrator, are the easiest to clean.

Ball strap, vibration and combinations

A ball strap loops behind your balls and stops the sleeve from sliding off when you thrust hard, as on the Sono extensions and the Doc Johnson Thin Extension, which is ribbed inside. Vibrating models add buzz for both of you: the Curve Toys Enhancers extension has a removable bullet with seven patterns and a remote. The PerfectFitBrand Anal Sleeve Plug works the other way round: your partner wears it as a hollow plug and you fuck him through the centre. Some men also wear a silicone cock ring for extra tightness at the base.

Lube and cleaning

Use a water-based lube: a little on your cock before you slide in, and plenty on the outside of the sleeve and on your partner. Warm him up with fingers or a smaller toy first, because a thicker sleeve asks more of the receiving partner. After use, wash the sleeve inside and out with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner, turn it inside out if it allows, and let it air dry fully before you store it on its own.
