XR Brands' Pyramid Nipple Clamps with O-Ring take a different route to nipple enhancement, using a pump and ring system rather than a clamp. Fit one of the four graduated silicone O-rings over the open end of the included pump, place the pump over the nipple, and squeeze to the size you want.

Once the nipple has plumped up inside the pump, slide the stretchy ring down over it and off the pump to hold that fuller, more erect shape without ongoing suction. Two differently sized vinyl pumps are included, so you can find the right fit before choosing which O-ring, ranging from 0.25 to 0.4 inches, suits you.

With two pumps and eight rings in the set, there is plenty of room to experiment with sizing and find your preferred combination.
