XR Brands Deep Throat Gag

The XR Brands Deep Throat Gag is built to pry a mouth open properly, with two rings holding the hole spread from the lips right back to the throat rather than just blocking it shut. That open design is what makes it a genuine oral gag: it keeps the mouth ready for use rather than simply silencing it.

Removable straps let you strip the gag back to a more minimal setup when you want it, so the same piece works for a full head harness scene or a stripped-down version depending on the mood. Stainless steel construction throughout keeps it body-safe and easy to clean between uses.

For tops who want a gag built specifically around oral use rather than adapted from a standard ball gag, this piece is designed with exactly that in mind.
