Steel Double Pinwheel

These Wartenberg neurological pinwheels are surprisingly good fun for everyone from advanced players to beginners, and they make a great first toy. The wheels are covered in sharp spikes, and the sensation from all those pins is fascinating.

Blindfolded, you would swear you were being cut with a scalpel, even though nothing has broken your skin.
