Review draw: win back your purchase

How the draw works

Every calendar month, GaySteel draws one winner among all customers who left a review that month via the personal link in our review invitation. The winner gets back the amount they paid for the order they reviewed.

Who can take part

• Customers aged 18 or over who ordered from GaySteel and received their order.
• You take part by leaving a review via the personal link in the e-mail we send a few days after delivery. Reviews on other platforms do not count.
• One chance per order, however many products you review.
• Positive or critical: every review counts equally. The content of your review has no influence on the draw.
• Orders that were cancelled or fully refunded do not take part.

The prize

The amount you paid for the reviewed order, including shipping costs and after any discount, refunded to the payment method you used. The prize cannot be exchanged for anything else.

The draw

In the first week of each month we draw the winner of the previous month at random by computer. The winner hears from us by e-mail at the address used for the order. If we cannot reach the winner within 30 days, we draw again.

Good to know

• Reviews written during this draw are marked as such on our website.
• We only use your details to run the draw and to contact the winner.
• We may end or change the draw. Changes are announced on this page; reviews already submitted keep their chance for that month.
