Shipping & Returns

Here at we do our very best to offer you a pleasant and discreet shopping experience. If you are nevertheless not completely satisfied with the product you have chosen and purchased, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt.

You are, however, responsible for paying the direct costs of returning the product, unless we have indicated in advance that you do not have to bear these costs.

1. Return product(s) for a refund
Send products via a PostNL service point or other postal service of your choice within a period of 30 days within the Netherlands. You do that by following the four steps below.
We request that you take into account the following conditions with your return:

You have a reflection/withdrawal period of 30 days from the day you bought the product.

Return the product within 14 days of your withdrawal.
All products must be returned in the original brand packaging. (Due to Hygiene)
The products may not have been used for hygiene reasons and plastic seals that are broken will not be taken back.

Processing time and refund
When a product has been returned for a refund, we will credit you the purchase amount as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days. We process refunds as soon as possible after you have indicated that you wish to return the product to us.

If we have not received the return correctly, it is important that you can prove that you have actually sent the product to us. You will always receive a receipt when you hand over your package, keep it well.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to settle the order. So: if you paid with iDeal, we will refund the amount to your account via iDeal.
In the event that we at have made a mistake with your order, we will also reimburse any return costs for you.


2. Return product(s) and exchange for another product
Unfortunately, direct exchange is a complex situation, so we only take back products and you will receive the costs incurred in return (shipping costs and return costs excluded). If you still want to exchange, we recommend that you place a new order. As soon as we have received your return shipment, you will be refunded the costs incurred for this as soon as possible.


3. Return product for warranty/repair
Within the 30-day withdrawal period:
In the case of repair under warranty, please enclose your invoice with the date of purchase. Repairs under warranty will not be processed without purchase invoice! We will send your invoice by e-mail and it can also be downloaded by logging in under “My account”
After receiving your product, our experts will check whether the defect is covered by the warranty. If this is the case, we will reimburse you for the cost of the defective product. If the defect is not covered by warranty, we will provide you with a quote for repair or replacement product. If there is no response, we will return the product.

Outside the 30-day withdrawal period, but within the warranty:
For repairs under warranty outside the 30-day return period, you must contact our customer service, they will inform you if and when you can return the product.
